ABOUT US:

私たち青山学院英字新聞編集委員会は青山学院の直属団体として活動してきました。
その歴史は古く、1950年にサークルとして月刊英字新聞青山トロージャンを発行し始めました。その後、一時休刊を経て、現在のA.G.UniversityNewsを1984年より委員会として発行を再開しました。

現在は、青山学院のEducationPolicyに則り、真実を謙虚に追及し英字新聞を編集し、年間5000部を発行しております。

グローバル社会となっていく現代で、学生が世界の公用語である英語と英字に親しみ、すべての人間と社会に責任を進んで果たせる人物となれるように英字新聞を提供しています。

そして、2014年、委員会となってから30周年を機にWebサイトを開設いたしました。

A.G. University News is the only English-language journal in Aoyama Gakuin and has been active as a direct committee to the student body of the school.The history of this committee dates down to 1950 and at that time it was called “Aoyama Trojan” which started out as a club producing monthly English newspapers.After its suspended publication it started up again as the current A.G. University News in 1984 and is now publishing over 5000 copies per year.

Now following the Education Policy of Aoyama Gakuin which seeks for truth with humility.A.G. University News wants to support students of this global era to get to know English which is the official language of the world, and to take responsibility for all people and society.This website was founded to celebrate the 30th anniversary of A.G. University News.
